http://www.boatlaunches.ca/map-of-vancouver-boat-ramps/bc-boat-ramps-greater-vancouver

if you miss it it reads - fee for parking, double lanes concrete ramp  ;)

by the way that took me about 13 seconds to find..............just sayin  ::)

Thanks HOOK  ;D , I did a lot of scrolling ...........and scrolling...........and scrolling :P , lots of sites , mostly tourism sites of Porteau Cove . Seems it is owned by the Dept. of Highways and so there is not really a fee for launching , just parking . Mentions that it is the timing you need to pay attention to . They say , to make sure you hit the higher tide as it is difficult or impossible to launch at low tide . Any way , just posted in between the " who wants there steak medium rare " then go back and see if anyone new . Oops I charcoaled the T-bones  ;) . Cheers . Looks like an early launch or late afternoon according to the bite chart .

I was just there launching my dingy, but I cannot tell you how much the parking is as there is no fee for single parking ;D.  However, there really is only one ramp as the other is always clogged with diftwood logs.  There was room for me to squeeze my Honda down to pull the boat from the trunk, but all the trailers were using the other side.

Thanks Sandman , I was there to today to . Not a great day out there , to much of a chop , got to frustrated after 4 hours of bucking the waves . Seen a few guy's catching Pinks on the fly and casting lures . Another boat landed 6 including a hatch clipped Coho . Had a friendly check up with the CO's . They were going through all my gear and coolers , unfortunately I had nothing to show . It was still a good day to go bouncing around  :P .

Yeah the chop was a bother coming in, got me a bit wet, but the day was awesome. 10 fish to the boat on the fly, and a couple more lost to seals. I must have missed the officers, but only brought one home for dinner any way.

It must have been you there anchored off the beach on the fly . I was out there back and forth with the downrigger in my black Princecraft as you probably wouldn't have noticed tossing flies towards the beach . Yah it was a good day never the less . I'll have to give it another go I suppose .
