Anchor snags in the Vedder
« on: July 31, 2013, 12:08:17 AM »

Just a heads up guys.  Was out today and there are a lot of thick branches on the bottom of the lower Vedder that weren't there last fall.  Ended up having to swim to free my anchor just upstream of the cliffs.  Current was slow, luckily, but I'd rather not have had to do it.  Check your depth finder and use more sense than I did in areas where debris could collect.  I was well away from any visible down trees but still got caught up.
