Fish still coming in strong, great day today.
Was a bit slower where I fished this week, had to go to the hot spot to get them. ;D

Last night at dark they were coming through in good numbers, I see they have extended the opening until the end of the month, will give it another try on the way deer hunting.

Filmed a sockeye, pink and chinook study on the Thompson this week at Spences Bridge, was interesting and Herm did a good job describing the study, will post when I upload it under Fishing-related Issues & News.

And still managed to finish homework, time to catch up on sleep as I only had about 5 or 6 hours for the weekend... :D

Cool, sounds like you had a full day, don't forget to take that cape off before you hit the fart sack tonight, you wouldn't want any wrinkles in it for the next days flight. ;)

Is thompson river closed to steelhead fishing in the october months? i know there is low returns just not sure if its totally closed or not?

considering that they have already netted 25 Thompson Steelhead (17 at Albion and 8 at Whonnock) I think its safe to assume it will open.
