Have any pictures of them?  haven't tried on any wading boots (have waders boots attached, terrible idea...) but being a size 9 shoe should i be looking for a 10 boot due to the neoprene stockingfeet?

I would say look at a 10 or larger if you plan on wearing thick socks or multiple socks.  Go to a store and try them on - bring your wool socks with you.  They should have some neo socks to add to the thickness, or at least a pair of waders.....

Scouter is right, If you are a size 9 in a street shoe, you need size 10 for wading boots.  I'm a size 8 1/2 in a street shoe and I only wear my Size 9 freestones during the summer when I'm using my lighter waders and thinner socks.  In the late fall and winter, I wear my g3's and thicker socks so I use my guide boots in a size 10.  I do notice though that simms boots generally have more room in the toe area compared to other brands in the same size.
