Baked Salmon
« on: June 01, 2004, 03:17:52 AM »

Take one Salmon fillet, sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper, and sear for 30 secs each side in skillet with some olive oil, remove and put into casserole dish and cover with Classico tomato basil spagehtti sauce,  grate fresh Feta cheese all over and bake in oven at 350 until ready,( about 40mins), delicious.
