Seriously, some of these small, shallow, warm, urban (and many not so urban) lakes are far more suited to bass and sunfish.  When a lake is isolated from moving water I think we need to keep an open mind regarding those species being planted/introduced.  Thing is, that is where they need to stay, and enforcing that ,now, is impossible...
