Enjoy. It's 25 minutes long so save it for after dinner. :)

Excellent video Rodney. The cinematography of your videos keeps getting better and this video has to be in my top 5 favorites now.

One question. What brand and model of level wind reel is Kitty using in that first fishing sequence.

Actually another question / comment related to the above.
Any plans to briefly show and explain what gear (rod/reel/lure/spoons etc.) you used in each video? I think it would be a helpful starting point for not only the beginner fisher but also for those of us who may want to fish the same waters sometime in the future. For reference, Mike Mitchell does this on BC Outdoors Sportsfishing and although it is not a comprehensive overview, nonetheless it is informative.

Ok, one more thing...

Ever thought of selling your videos on DVD such as the best of 2015, 2016 etc? They would make a great gift for many sports fishers.

Thanks! :-[ When this was shot a few weeks ago, I wasn't too excited because it rained hard especially on the first day and I didn't get all the shots I wanted. I'm pretty surprised by how it turned out actually. :)

To get a visually appealing video like this, everything really has to come together. The filming, the editing, but more importantly the subject. Kitty has really brought the videos to a new level.

When we fished for those springs, we were using Shimano Technium drift rods and Curado reels. The rods are rated 12 to 20lb I believe. I can't remember the exact model of the Curado, but I'm almost sure that it was the biggest one available.

I used to do these "gear talk" segments after featuring each episode in a separate video. I've been getting lots of requests lately so I think we will start doing it again.

I'm good at doing the website, the videos, social media, but still not too business savvy so when haven't really considered generating more revenues by selling merchandise from these videos. Maybe one day when I spend some time thinking about it. For those who have a smart TV, you can in fact go into YouTube and watch these videos on your big screen and the quality should be crisp. These videos can all be watched in 1080p and in the future I'll most likely be increasing the resolution.
