Kids, Creeks and Nature
« on: April 19, 2017, 02:10:47 PM »

Hello friends and river enthusiasts,

Attached is a link to a timely and important new video we thought you’d enjoy. In this new 3 minute film entitled, “Kids, Creeks and Nature”, with the help of a local kindergarten class, river advocate Mark Angelo talks of the importance in engaging children with nature - and how exploring a creek or stream with the little ones in your lives can be a great way to do that. A salmon release along a restored section of Burnaby’s Guichon Creek during the 40th anniversary celebration of Canada’s Salmonid Enhancement Program served as the perfect backdrop. Hope you enjoy it, Scott Denkers, WRD Communications
