Nothing new to report, No cars stuck in the middle river today, also no fish, probably saw 6 landed in 6 hours.  Herrling is getting worst by the hour. I guess everyone should move to peg leg............ Only if i knew which exit it was from highway 1........

if anyone doesnt know where herrling island is it is exit 146......left hand side exit.

Take exit 119A if you're coming from the west.  Head North on Old Yale Road.  Right on Princess. Left on Young.  Go past Isl.22 sign and keep right (I think it is Brinx)  If not, then take the last road to the R. and left at the stop sign.  This will take you to Ballam R.  When Ballam makes a 90 deg. right turn, look left and go to the river.  You'll be there if there is 1000 other cars/trucks  It's nice to have a boat

As long as you're ticking bottom through the swing, anywhere is good.  There's basically no "fast water" to cast to,  you're basically standing right infront of it.  Look for the people who are 2 feet apart and you know either its a good spot or they're being idiots  

Bring 3 and 4 ounce weights.  2's are pretty much worthless there unless you want to catch everybody around you.
