Below Mission - you can use bait (when salmon fishing) as of Oct. 8 and you can retain up to 2 hatchery coho per day and
Mission to Hope - you can use bait (when salmon fishing) as of Oct. 11 and you can retain up to 2 hatchery coho per day.
Above Hope - same deal but not until Oct. 14.

Effective 00:01 h October 8 to 23:59 h December 31, 2005, you may use bait when fishing for salmon and you may retain:
- two (2) hatchery Coho per day (No retention of wild Coho);
- four (4) Chinook per day, only one of which may be greater than 50 cm;
- four (4) chum per day; and
- four (4) pink per day.
The aggregate daily limit for all salmon species from tidal and non-tidal waters combined is four (4) per day.
Anglers are reminded that a hatchery Coho means a Coho salmon that has a healed scar in place of the adipose fin. Single, barbless hooks are required when fishing in the tidal waters of the Fraser River.

HOPE TO ALEXANDRA
Effective 00:01 h October 14 to 23:59 h December 31, 2005, in those waters of the Fraser River upstream of the Highway No. 1 Bridge at Hope to the Alexandra Bridge you may use bait when fishing for salmon and you may retain:
- two (2) hatchery Coho per day (No retention of wild Coho);
- four (4) Chinook per day, only one of which may be greater than 50 cm;
- two (2) chum per day; and
- four (4) pink per day.
The aggregate daily limit for all salmon species from tidal and non-tidal waters combined is four (4) per day.

Fishing for salmon in the non-tidal waters of the Fraser River is allowed during daylight hours only, that is from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset. Please check your local paper for sunrise and sunset times.
