Nucks vs Rangers
« on: December 13, 2005, 02:48:01 PM »

Just a bit over an hour and we will get to see the Nucks, along with Auld and Bertuzzi, have another solid game against the Rangers.  The Nucks also called up Quellet today.  I guess that means that Cloutier still isn't ready!!  What a surprise that is!! ::) ;D
UPDATE!!  Cloutier is undergoing knee surgery to repair a tear in his acl.  He will be out for up to four months!! ::) :( Which I guess means the season!!!  Might be back for the playoffs but I doubt it!!
Can you spell TRADE!!!

Great game by Cooke.!! Great game by Auld!!  Great game by Bertuzzi!!  Looks like it is all coming together!!!  But since Clouts is out for what looks like the season, I wonder about a trade.  Can Auld keep it up??

Telly can also get the job done. What a great combination they are. Too bad the Canucks do not have two great goaltenders like we have. ;D ;D ;D

Got to love Chris and his misguided passion for the Make Beliefs. So how old were you when the Laughs last won the Stanley Cup ? ;D

Before most of you on this board were born. ;D ;D ;D

One of the many Stanley Cups they won I was watching the game in the Chieften Hotel in Squamish. Was working around Whistler at the time, of course there was no buildings there then to speak of.

If I would have bought up a few lots at the time I could have made enough monry to buy the Leafs and we then would have won many Stanley's. ;D ;D

That Toronto's mentality isn't it; just buy a winner. Just like the Blew Jays are currently doing.

To paraphrase a politician: I was misquoted. What I meant was Toronto trying to buy a winner. The Laughs have been trying since June 1967 to no avail.
