Fantastic day on the vedder three queens February 21st
« on: February 21, 2006, 08:41:57 PM »

Hi to all silver back, chanman and my self Montegobay man were out today, we tried the lower it was quiet. There was an angler on the other side, hooked a nice steely but that was all from our spot. So we then moved up the brownroad trench, pretty quite there too! Chris was doing his rounds, as he came by we chatted a bit and I thanked him on his journal and his great fishing day on Monday. Chris then worked all the way to bergman Island were he managed a small wild buck!! Then it started, the scale bar goon show!! Two guys, one yelling on top of his lungs and not using the queens language why?! fishing is all about fun!!! what a joker. I'm sure it ruined that mans day. So we moved mid river to try and find some quite water and boy did we!! We found a honey hole  silverback was first to cast. Fish on!! As I started to cheer him on Chanman was on too!! As I watch the guys play there fish.. BAM my float goes down too :) Ya mon fish on 35mins, it was all over; three doe's. Best fishes --Montegobay man, i'll let my pictures tell the rest of the story.

what a day on the vedder. Went out with my buddy montegobay man and met up with chanman.
And we started the day off. Saw a few fished caught, one at first light, few more around mid-morning. we didn't touch a thing saw chris coming down the run he stopped and talk with montegobay man,and proceded on down stream and not long after got what he came for.well we decided to move on to a new spot on the river and on the way out as chris explained was the very
thing i hated to hear to guys screaming at each other, for crying out loud get over it and continue fishing, this ain't the scale bar.Anyways got the hell out of there and went for a drive with the boys
where we saw a spot that looked like it could be promising, and man was it ever 3 fish in 30 min.
my first of the year, finally break the goose egg. montegobay man should be posting pics. can,t wait to get out there again.  tight lines
