new fishing license

just wondering if people knew when the new fishing licenses came into effect....

A worker at a local wal mart was told a friend of mine that they are already available..... ( I know.... thats what you get for shopping at a department store like Wall mart)

On a related note, the 2006/2007 Freshwater Fishing Regulation Synopsis is now available. They can be picked up at your local tacklestore or at Tradex this weekend at the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC booth.

I have a Client to look after tomorrow after "my day job", So I should have enough money from it to renew my license, get a subscription, and attend the show on Sunday :)

New gear will have to wait. BUT I just had a job Interveiw with Kal Tire (commercial Division) which looks very promissing, with the starting wage, a hell of alot higher than what I currently make, I'll have better gear in no time :)
