Wader Repair
« on: March 28, 2008, 02:56:34 PM »

Put a little rip in my wader's. I have a patch kit that I used on the breathable's but these are neoprenes so would i use the same patch kit or would I need something else. The rip didn't go all the way through but came real close. Help would be appreciated.

Marine Goop is very strong and sticks to anything.
Canadian tire carries it.

Remember to keep the aqua seal in the fridge once you open it so it does not harden up.
I use it so little that the once a year when i need it, it is not a rubber block.

Turn your waders inside-out and use a flashlight to find ALL the holes.Works great on Breathables and Neos too.

Aqua seal or Goop both work great.

Loon UV wader or boat repair. Apply it inside, take it outside on a sunny day, and it dried in seconds. If its raining, use a UV light, and it will dry in seconds as well. By far better then any other repair IMO.
