propper cleaning of salmon
« on: July 17, 2006, 07:46:39 AM »

Found this link on another site....its a document aimed at the comercial fleet and advises them on how to handle their catch to maintain the highest quality standards.

Little off target (as a sports fisher) but still some good general info for most I would assume.

Cheers

Good link. Thanks. I also used to commercial fish but hadn't heard of "pressure bleeding" before. You can always learn something new. :)
