QUESTION ABOUT A HARDY SILEX

I OWN A BEAUTIFUL SILEX, VERY NICE AND SHINEY, NOW FOR U OWNERS OUT THERE, NE OF U EXPERIENCE "THE WOBBLE" I WAS TOLD TODAY THAT THERES A SCREW RIGHT IN THE CENTRE THAT U CAN TAKE OUT AND GET A RIVET PUNCHED IN THIS LITTLE SCREW TO STOP "THE WOBBLE" ! NE ONE KNOW NETHING ABOUT THIS ?

I wouldn'd advise banging rivetts in to a silex,if it has a serious wobble get it serviced. :)

Your in poco, so take the reel to Riverside Fly and Tackle. THey will get Jerry Wong to service it. He is an amazing machinist with the most amazing respect for detail. (best way to word what he can do). And he's very cheap.

I JUST HAD IT SERVICED AND IT WORKS WICKED AGAIN BUT THE WOBBLE IS STILL THERE, MIGHT HAVE 2 GO C GARY AT RIVERSIDE !

Reaction Tackle referred me to a guy in Chilliwack they say is a good machinist and knows cp's.
I haven't called him yet.
