I went out to Peg Leg this morning and the water is right up to the road. Only a very little spot of island is showing. Not surprisingly some donkey descided to dump a load of garbage on the road blocking the road that goes up river below the field.

I took a few pictures but can't post. I really need to get a subscription.

I was going to go up to Laidlaw but then fiqured the heck with it. Why burn the fuel and probably end up with a broken side window. Not worth it. Expecially since my wife told me that we still have enough canned Red Spring and not to bring any home for awhile yet.

I did manage to fuel up at $1.10 per litre at the Chilliwack Petro Canada as the talk was $1.25+ towards Surrey.

Now I don't have to worry about the Fraser for 6-weeks or more so it's all fly fishing for me for awhile.
