I remember in the early 80's the RCMP would regularly put a roadblock at the entrance to Cultus Lake park and confiscate the alcohol from all the underage partiers on the way in.  I think a few of these on the road up river would send a message ( Maybe they alredy do ?).  As well as a regular patrol along the river to record the license plates of the campers.  If the people there realized thier information was being recorded and they would be charged for the mess they made then maybe they might take a bit more care.  But only if they got the maximum fine instead of whatever it is they do get.

I try to educate them Rodney, i think my statement about loving the taste of long pig caught the attention of one of the slobs. For those that do not know what long pig is, look it up.
