Sable fish - east coast of Vancouver Is
« on: August 09, 2007, 06:00:20 PM »

I've heard people catching sable fish out of Port Renfrew and the west coast VI.  Has anyone caught them around Victoria and the east coast area?

I think they like the deeper water or easy access to it, which is available off the West Coast of the island.  They are north of the island too.
