Decided to battle with all the weekend warriors. Tried  somewhere around Browne Rd and had nothing to show. A group of Americans were fishing the same run and it was hilarious watching them. One of them got snagged and fought it for 10 minutes. You think the guide would assist him by showing him the difference between a snag and a hooked fish!!!!!

We then decided to drive down further and on the way down, we noticed about 30 cars parked near the old "MeatHole". Stopped to check it out and wow!!!!!!- I am surprised the river was not tilted to one side(maybe it was balanced by the amount of fishermen fishing Tamahi). I swear that about 50 guys were fishing that run. We have wives, girlfriends, mom/dad and grandpa and grandma sitting and watching them fish. Apparently fishing was good here in the morning. Oh, someone's coho was stolen while he was fishing!!!!!! Stealing fish?

Decided to try further down and we made the right choice as we were into a few fish- including cohos.
