stave river

any one have any reports for the stave.  im headin out there on friday and am going try and catch a coho, any input would be greatly apreciated. i have some cured roe in the freezer and might give it a try under a float.

Chucked some flies there today and saw some coho rising but could not connect. Did get a really nice doe chum  ;D . So I bonked it for the smoker.

Couple buddies were there today as well and no Coho for them either but did get three nice Chums.
