I don't think you can burn them from pro cure unless you use too much monster bite or something like that. Here's what I have been doing for years that seems to work pretty good:
1) bleed your fish immediately
2) Put roe in plastic bag and keep cool until you can put in cure
3) butterfly roe, take out all traces of blood and cut into card deck size chunks. (make sure each chunk has a good piece of the skein attached)
4) layer in jar with lots of cure of your choice and put in fridge
5) turn jar every few hours for about 24 hours
6) lay out roe on newspaper in cool place to dry to your preferred hardness
7) cut into fishable chunks and put into storage container with borax for ease of handling.
put onto baitloop, cast out into favorite pool, hang on.
BTW, your roe doesn't look that bad except for some of the darker ones that look like they have some blood in them, but can't tell because of the picture. good job.
