very nice looking fish. what happend to the fishies eyes? Does Rod eat those as well?
never caught a kokanee so that is going to be on my to do list.

Rodney, how did you cook your fish?

I usually just season it with salt, pepper, some onion, spinkle some olive oil. Cover fish in a baking pan and bake at 180 - 200 C for around 12 to 15 minutes.

very nice looking fish. what happend to the fishies eyes? Does Rod eat those as well?

Of course. They are good for you like all the other weird things we Chinese eat. ;D

An asian friends mom used to keep the fish eyeballs in the fridges egg tray.

An hour went by and the rod tip staring game continued with no rewards. Nikolai placed the rod down on the boat and his eyes began wandering away. I said, "Keep your eyes on the rod tip, any minute now." ;D

Whew!  I'm not the only noob with a short attention span!

Don't worry, I do that to just about anyone who fishes on my boat. ;D
