Spences Bridge
« on: July 24, 2008, 10:22:52 AM »

Does anyone have experience in fishing for springs at Spences Bridge on the Thompson? Is this a good area to fish this time of year and is the methods the same as would be for the Vedder( float with roe or yarn)?
Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I am also going Monday am. Do you short float there, because the guy that is taking me says there is a lot of bottom bouncing there???? I imagine it will be busy in the area.

Just holding out hope that theres one river left in BC without bbing on it. The Thompson is the jewel of southern BC thats for sure.

I've BB'ed on the Thommy but with a 20 inch leader. No need to floss here as they will bite. But most of my fish came fishing a float set up!
