For your information

The latest offering from the BBC and David Attenborough! :)

Part 2 was last night on BBC1 and featured the Pacific Salmon runs of BC.  Absolutely brilliant program and fantastic photography. :)

Filmed and produced by Jeff Turner!  An amazing man who has worked with Grizzlies for 25 years. :o

It will probably be available as a DVD set from the BBC.  Look out for it!

Sadly the BBC iPlayer isn't available in BC. :-[

The one single thing that stood out for me was the fact that so much of your BC environment depends on the Salmon run, not just animals and insects but the forests nd the land on which they stand.
It's a pity that politicians don't understand or at least choose not too! >:(

Attenborough is so good in the Nature series. Always a fan of his show. Glad to see him doing one for the Salmon. Too bad I miss it. Do they replay the showÉ

Very cool video, looked for it on sale at the BBC Canada website but as of now is only available at the British BBC as a preorder (to be released March 16th) for 17 pounds, hopefully it will be available through the Canadian or American BBC.
