I agree, the Bradley gives off much less smoke and gives you control over the smoking process.  I own 2 chiefs and a Bradley.  Both kinds of smokers make good product but the Bradley lets you finesse it.

I too live in an area with close neighbours and I use a little clip-on desk fan to dissipate the smoke.

I point it right at the front of my smoker (True North) as most of the smoke leaks around the front door.

I tend to smoke my fish for a shorter period (3 to 4 hours) then put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200F.
