Sliding reel seat or fixed?
« on: November 04, 2009, 07:53:02 AM »

So I am going to be getting another sage 3113 built but I can not decide on whether to get a sliding reel seat to have it as a pin rod and a bait caster or just have it built strictly for center pin. Any suggestions?

Having experienced with a sliding reel seat I would definitely recommend going with a fixed. As fisherforever has noted, they don't fit very snug.
