Again, no, the correct information was given, the document (sample study) that the creel surveyor was holding was being mistakened as the fishery notice. Also, the angler did not retain chum salmon because of what the creel surveyor was saying. It is not the creel surveyor's job to inform anglers on fishery regulations and anglers should not be asking creel surveyors about regulations, as I have stated in the other thread.
And yes, there is a problem with speed of updates on the static regulation pages. That problem has been brought up many times by sportfishing reps. You should also send an email in to express your concerns.
