Moving company

I am moving back to BC - Yay

but, I am looking for a reliable moving company,

has anyone had a good experience with a long haul moving company?

I am moving from Toronto to Vancouver and shipping about 1000lbs (1bed room apartment)

Mayflower movers, United Van lines, just check their insurance though you might want to get extra coverage

I used Armstrong Moving.  www.armmove.com

They did a great job moving us from Mississauga to Surrey. They were also very competitive.

Of course that was 16 years ago.
