Here is the response I got when I inquired about fishing rates:

We do have special fishing rates available.  Our regular room rates are $115.99 plus applicable taxes.  Our fishing rates vary between $69.00 to $109.00.  It depends on how long you want to stay.  We also have a suite which has 2 enclosed bedrooms, 1 bedroom that is open and a couch that turns into a bed.  This unit comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer.  The suite regular price is $204.95 plus applicable taxes.  Fishing rate for the suite is $169.99 plus applicable taxes.  However if you book for a minimum of 5 days you will receive an additional 25% off.  So the rate for the suite would be $127.49 plus applicable taxes.

That is WAY too much, you should be able to get something for 50-100/night, just call around Chilliwack, theres lots of cheap places to rest your head for the night.
If you want the luxuries, youll pay for it

If you are not alone you should check Joy's Vacation cabin. You can get it for 150 per night and it sleeps 6. Nice folks who have it. It's a 4 minute walk to the crossing. http://www.joysvacationcottage.com

I used to crash at them cabins on the upper river.  Can't remember what they were called or how much per night, but I think it was pretty reasonable.  I heard the cabins sustained some damage from the fall floods a couple years back, so I'm not sure what they're like now, or if they're even open anymore.

I stayed at the vedder inn for a night a couple of weeks ago and the fishermans price that we paid for two people and two beds was $89 +tax,to me that was pretty reasonable in comparison to some of the other places that are not as close to the river, good deal in my opinion.

Riverfront cabins. Fish right in the back yard.
