Nice.   Never fished that lake but the ones in Stump in Squamish were quite puny but aggressive like little piranhas

in trinity western's pond there are some big pumpkin seeds... mill lake is full of them, they will hit anything you put in front of them... i got one on a 6" Berkley shaky worm. its truly a great way to get the young kids into the sport of fishing..

Where abouts do you fish in that pond? Somewhere away from the fountains I'm guessing?

That is a good sized pumpkinseed/sunfish.

Keep a dozen and make little filets, batter, fried, delicious.

And it helps to keep the sizes up.  They can stunt and overpopulate quickly.

We used to give them to a couple old guys that would come by at Trout Lake in East Van when we were catching them by the bucketload.  Now they are all VERY small there, used to almost all be palm sized like that one.
