That would be so cool to row and catch a tyee on light tackle.   Let us know how it feels to be towed around in a row boat by a salmon.    Also tell us what lure and what hook you use.    Nikka had some really old fashioned spoons that are actually gold plated for salmon trolling.    I think they are called  superiors,  two color s on the same side  ( chrome,  brass,  )  and so many other shapes and sizes that only the old pros  know how to use.    Ask for a guide named  Herkus .   I have the other guides name in another journal which I can  post later.     Remember we might only pass this one but once;  so make it a good one.

Cost of hiring a guide $ hundreds ;  joining the tyee club $$$$,   food, drink,  accomodation,  auto expenses,  ferry costs, and   the thrill of getting into the tyee club while you can still enjoy it;    priceless.    I think it will be on my bucket list now.
