Have you looked up Nairn Falls PP or the regulations?
If you had, you would see that Nairn Falls is on the Green River, as it is a waterfall, hence the name and the regs would tell you that all WILD trout/char from streams must be released.  Since there are no hatchery stockings of trout or char in rivers any trout or char caught must be released.  No idea what the fishing is like.

Sounds like if you wanted to eat trout, then look for a any body of water that ends in "Lake" or hit the Nesters Fish Dept in Whislter.

In Whistler Village, there is Lost Lake, which is periodically stocked with rainbow trout at catchable size by the Fraser Valley Trout Hatchery. The last stocking was back in spring, so fishing is probably slow right now but will improve as the weather cools and if the hatchery releases another batch of fish into it.

If/when the hatchery puts fish into it, you'll be able to find it at:

Alpha and Nita lakes can also produce quit well as the weather cools.

I believe that Alta Lake is catch and release, but you can catch and keep at Nita Lake and Lost Lake.  But you should check the regulations to be sure.
