it's all a monopoly i tell you.....it's these tackle suppliers hyping up jigs to us fishermen then driving up the prices on the hooks....one big ugly scheme
As far as I know RVRFSHR sells to Rod exclusively so he will only sell small quantities to Canadians.
Here are my sources:
I have had success catching steel and chum using these hooks from First Bite:

with these weights (not this exact supplier, but similar)

and the brass pins. I am tying jigs for a few friends as well (now they tie their own:))
I also buy BentRod kits from SeaRun. It's certainly convenient.

pink and purples are good.
My favorite is flesh colour. Tie a few in that colour and you'll be happy you did

Someone want to point me in the direction to where I can order gammy jig hooks online? I don't trust owner enough to spend some coin on their hooks without seeing a product first.

While I cannot comment on their jig hooks, I will say I prefer owner to gamikatsu (octopus hooks) for fishing bait. I used to buy gammys all the time. I noticed I was losing a lot of hooked fish as well as the hooks were dulling quick after a couple hookups or snags. I switched to owner cutting points and have noticed a big difference for me personally. Seem to stay sharper and have hardly lost any hooked fish.

reason most dont use Owners is because they are like 80 cents a hook !! I use them for fishing tube flies and intruders but Gammies for everything else and havent noticed any fish landing difference.

Thank for the pin idea my friend.

I got the hooks today.. yes you were correct oh wise banny.... cheap thin metal, would be just fine for smaller fish but as soon as you get into the bigger boys...it's gonna be dicey. I'm going to tie up a few testers and see what happens. Someone want to point me in the direction to where I can order gammy jig hooks online? I bought some of the Gamakatsu 2x heavy jig hooks online. They are also strong enough for chum/steelhead, however you can only order them from a US credit card.
