Here's the beginning of this fish fight. It took just over 8 minutes in total.

Rod, that is indeed a special fish!   Let’s all hope this stud is destined for Centennial Channel in the upper Chilliwack River.  Let’s also hope he finds a large and fecund lady coho to his liking and they get it on. ;D

Nice fish on small gear  :D

Your other spot from the previous post has had 4-5 cars every time I've driven by since your posts while the other spots a few minutes away had none.

Don't park the car there anymore. City of Richmond has been handing out fines to people parking their cars there.

Dave, quit that dirty talk. ;D Nick thinks these big ones I've been getting lately are heading to the tributaries on the north side. It is definitely the best year for Tidal Fraser coho fishing that I have experienced since the mid 90s.

That sucks mistermongz.  I was not aware there was no parking there.  ???  Did this just happen this year?  I have seen guys parked and barfishing there since I can remember.

Anyways thanks for the heads up that would ruin a day fast.

ya just happened this year i have been batr fishing there for the past year or so and never had any problems. The thing is it is a natural pull out and if u park properly u wont even disrupt traffic but yeah there are other spots along that side so will be going there instead of that specific spot...
