Lost Sage 1880 Reel with Skagit line@ Stave Mid October
« on: November 13, 2010, 01:21:45 PM »

Appreciate that this is a long shot as it was a while ago, had to go back to the UK for a while and didn't realise that it was missing from my bag until yesterday. Was fishing the Stave around 16th October. Am guessing that I took it out of my (over)stuffed bag to rumage around and forgot to put it back in. It was a Sage 1880 in a Sage Neoprene pouch. Can offer a reward of $50 if anyone came a across it.

Thankyou Squirrel you're a gent! Am pretty sure I lost it on the Stave, on the West Side, could have been at the Vedder the week before either in bottom Wilson Road (Powerlines area), Browne Road or up near the Prison run and I just didn't notice but am pretty sure it was in my bag at the Stave. If anyone comes forward thats great am not going to force the issue as it was my fault and would be on their conscience if they didn't. Can offer $50 reward for the return of both or the finder can just keep the reel and pass me back the Skagit and the airflo running line, my girlfriend got me the lines for my birthday to go with a 6wt switch I bought myself so I'd settle for getting that back as she's a little pissy!
Tight Lines,
Nick

Can't find the box for the Rio Skagit line, it was fairly short matched to the switch rod, the running line was a 20lb Airlflo Ridge running line.
