Lucielle lake
« on: May 05, 2011, 11:35:17 AM »

Anyone look in on Lucielle lake recently, I would think the ice would be off but it would be good to confirm. I did not get in there last year, so any reports would be appreciated.

There is also Freeman Lake if you keep driving up the road...still trying to figure out if there is fish to be had in there.

As well there are 2 other lakes near the area I haven't fished.  One is a little further north and is sorta swampy and shallow (I have seen rises).   The other is a silty pond/lake that is beside the highway near the dam(Seen rises here as well).

This is a pretty neat area to explore on a dirt bike/mountain bike.

Freeman lake has or had Bass in it according to Rivers Edge sports (who used to be in Squamish). The other lakes further north are  called shadow lake and Stanley lake. On the east side of the highway right across from the bridge over the river is Deadmans lake. There is also an unnamed pond immediately north of Lucille Lake. I agree it is a neat place to explore.
