Was doing a web search of varies churches in the interior of BC....& to my surprize ...when I checked out a church in Kelowna on their webpage...well there was the normal info...services times...prayer group...office hrs....then I seen "fishing group".

My 1st thought was it must be a community outreach to tell others about the good news of the gospel.....but assumed wrong.
It was actually info for any members to get together & go fishing...YES for actual fish.
Think it was starting aprox May 25 & goes thru June 25 ...

Great that this church in Kelowna has a program for members to take up the rods & head out. Definately a way for members to get to know each other better....what might happen...fish breaks the line or throws the hook thus the christian says "Oh well ...I'll just keep trying" OR they say a slip of the tongue "What the Heck...." or along those lines....
    Oh well the Lord is merciful
