Low profile bait casters
« on: May 21, 2011, 09:26:04 PM »

See them all the time, Abu Garcia guy myself, just wondering if anyone has used them much, and the best application they are typically used for, just thinking abut a new reel for Steelhead next year, exploring all options...thoughts or opinions?

depending what line you like to use and how much of it you want on your reel, my buddies and I like the Curado 200/201 E7. Super smooth, VERY light, plenty of drag power, and holds enough line for me because I like to use braid with a top shot. oh yea, it's also inexpensive if you find a good deal online for around $160 ish, give or take a few
