in the tidal portion of the Fraser River where you can use two hooks,
artificial lures or artificial flies, attached to a fishing line

Does it mean that I can use a spoon attached with a hook and a leader attached with a fly with hook to catch two pinks at one time.

Interesting...

Rod you fish in Richmond quite abit do you ever see this with Spinner or spoons? Im aware that people use the double hook rule on bar rigs in Richmond Commonly but I have never seen anyone casting and retrieving with two.

It really just sounds like something that would get twisted up or tangled.

Are we allowed to fish with KwikFish style Plugs (with 2 single barbless hooks instead of the trebbles) in the tidal fraser?  And if so, are we allowed to attach any kind of bait (sardine/herring, squid, shrimp/prawn, or even a worm) to the belly of the KwikFish Plug?

Calling all Rodney's  ;D

I would think you can, as you are legal with the 2 hooks, and there is no bait ban in effect, but don't quote me on that  ;)
