Flatfish can be caught year round but success is usually higher in the summer months due to temperature.

earth worms from the garden always catches - best bait for sole/flounder  there is imho

It was really easy to catch them using strips of frozen squid.
They stay on the hook well and sole/flounder gobbles them up with gusto.

some in cates park,best on incoming tide.
