Capilano River, November 3rd 2011
« on: November 03, 2011, 09:59:41 PM »

Decided to give the cap a try since the bait ban has been lifted. After 2 hours of fishing in the evening, 1 strike and nothing to show for it. There was some fishing jumping but they were all dark and few in between. The water is super low and clear so im sure that was a factor too.

i stopped by to look on my way home from school. cable pool was an insult to humanity.

I watched one guy pull a medium sized DEAD [and yes, i mean literally and completely not living, in fact it kind of exploded and oozed everywhere when he had it on the rock] coho out of the water, he broke his rod as he was trying to handline it in, lol pretty funny stuff. He then left in a huff but not without his black spring covered in sores and nasty my friend fungal crap
