We have 12 to 13 vendors booked in so most of the room now gone. Should be some interesting items for sale there, should be some good centerpins too for those that would like to graduate to using one.

Maybe do some Christmas shopping too. ;D ;D

Should be a fun day, we are having coffee, donuts, cookies available by donation. Also 2012 FVSS memberships, come out and support the FVSS.

Rodney said he might attend if not to much snow to travel to Chilliwack  from Vancouver. :-\

Looked like the event had a decent turnout. Lined up at the door with plenty of others for the start and saw plenty of people walking out of there with gear - new and old.

Was fortunate enough to pick up a 6wt and 9wt rod, reel and line fly combo from Dennyman along with other beginner supplies from other vendors. A great way to get into fly fishing at a much lower investment cost than all new. That and all of the advice that came with it is very much appreciated.

To the organizers, I know what it takes to set up an event like this. Many thanks for putting in the work!!

It was a great turnout and I concur, kudos to the organizers!   I was able to come home minus 3 cane rods, 1 Sage spey rod and 1 Hardy flyreel but my wallet was heavier by over $700 :)
Only complaint from me was it seemed the pro fishfarmers (me) got all the bad tables (one); you know, the one by the door when it’s below freezing and the wind is blowing ;)
Go figure, lol :D :D :D

We thought that would be Ok as fish farmers always take lots of heat. ;D ;D ;D
