Tidal Fraser River, December 3rd 2011: Port Mann Sturgeon
« on: December 03, 2011, 08:32:19 PM »

Launched under the Port Mann headed up the Pitt to the train bridge.  Fished in 30 - 50 ft of water.  Tried out in front of the Gilnetter Pub in 30 ft of water, headed out into the Fraser and fished near the confluence of the pit in a few different spots in 25 to 30 feet.  Had a couple of taps all day.  It was a great day.  Very quiet on the river, free boat launch, and only a 15 minute drive from North Van.  Even though we didn't hook anything, it was a really nice day of fishing.
