Fish Gear sale for you chintzy types

Some wierd place on 6990 greenwood st. in burnaby is selling off fishing gear at 60%offf from some closed out fishing shop. Great for people looking for fly tying crap and a few other items. Wasted $74 bucks there :-[

What kind of fly tying stuff did they have? I've seen the add and thought about checking it out.

I don't tie too many flies but they do have lot's of flytying material at effing %60 off Lucky. ;D

People like this guy basically operating a shop on craigslist, spamming it up every 2 seconds are an annoyance when you are looking for or trying to sell a specific item and should be flagged IMO, am sick of having to scroll through this BS every time. Go to sporting goods and do a search for rod or reel and you will see what I mean as this guy always has 3 or 4 of the spots on the first page with the same stuff they had posted for the last year. Do us all a favour and just have one add with all of the stuff you have for sale and repost it periodically and quit jamming up the section.

I've actually been to the sale, it's legit. It's a big warehouse and they had all this furniture and cooking supplies and a lot of cool (but pricey) life like statues of movie and tv characters, pretty cOol.

But if you're talking about the St. Croix rod guy, then ya he posts that almost every day, I've seen it too haha

Oh and that sale is pretty picked over except for the odd spinning reel setup, a bunch of trout dry flies and a ton of spoons (not brand name) but they had decent amount of fly tying stuff

i was there just the other day and it was really picked over all that was left for fly tying was a small amount of dubbing and a few other odds and ends alot of it was really sun bleached or just faded pack to pack, lots of big delta tackle hali jigs and no name stuff though

My bad I don't think we're on the same page here, I think I know the sale you are referring too in Burnaby, I'm talking about this guy http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/rds/spo/2804704771.html in North Delta, he's got about a million different ads on there and repost's every other day, basically its a shop, not really in the spirit of craigslist IMO. I also remember that guy with the St Croix rod who kept reposting it at the same price for two years!

That ad has been removed, but i'm sure i've seen it as I cruise through the CL classifieds every now and then...there's one guy who tags the word 'fishing' in every one of his 30 binoculars/night vision posts....I think I can relate lol
