For me, the quality of a trout is not measured in pounds and inches, but rather by the journey and circumstances that allowed our paths to cross...

There are still a few spots left for those of you that are wanting to come out and enjoy a day on the water with a great group of fly fishers. The experience will help to improve your angling skills and knowledge of stillwater fishing in general.

Hope to see a few more new faces on Sunday!

Cheers,
Todd

Thanks Dane! I've registered you and your father for this event. I'm really looking forward to meeting the 2 of you on Sunday!

There's still room for several more individual competitors and teams-of-2 for this event, so don't delay!

Cheers,
Todd

We're up to 16 participants at this point in time, and would like to encourage anyone that interested in joining in on the fun to come out to Sunday's event (no experience necessary). It's going to be a fun time on the water, and a great way to meet other fly fishers and learn a few new things about still water fishing in general, and how to fish loch-style.

Hope to see a few more of you sign up!

Cheers,
Todd

  • Sometimes I fish, sometimes I catch

Do we need to have a boat? If so, I'd be happy to partner up with someone that has a boat and needs another individual to fill it.

I only own a kickboat so it won't be of much use in this case.

Sounds good to me Zabber! Gald to have you along as well. It's going to be a fun day on the water!!

So, just to recap... we're searching for a partner for Zabber to pair up with - that has a 12 foot aluminum boat - and would like to join us for this event. Please respond here or email me at: toishis@uniserve.com to register.

Thanks!
Todd

Good news Zabber! I found you a boat and a partner, so you're definitely in now! Please email me your first and last names as well as your phone number where you can be reached, so I can officially register you for this event.

Cheers,

Update:

We've now registered 18 competitors for this event with a few on a waiting list that are looking for a boat partner.

Thank goodness for the fact that I found a sponsor for drogues, or I'd be up the creek without a paddle...

I'll update the list shortly!  :)

Zabber,

I sent an email and need a response from you as soon as possible, as the other angler who has stepped up, is bringing his boat for this event.

Thanks,
Todd
