There should be a text line for reporting violators. I've called in a couple of times to report which is hard to do already because I don't want the violators to hear me. But then they call u back and start asking questions. I have no trouble reporting the person right in front of them if I was guaranteed that the CO was gonna show up, but every time I called he didn't and I was stuck with the violating person, awkward...

That's good to see them down there. There have been wild coho bonked and people have reported it.
