I plan to use a baitcasting setup, never tossed spinners with it before, only used spinners on my spinning reed/rod.  On a fast flowing system like the Vedder is it the same technique? Cast and retrieve or cast and drift in the current? I see there is even a variation of that with rodney's float spinner set up video.
