My lure is usually a Blue fox spinner from the store or my secret weapon the LuHr Jensen Bolo spinner.
Desperately seeking more Bolos if anyone can help, Wholesale Sports let me down recently, grrrrr!!
I use a small spinning outfit with 8 or 10 lb test mainline. The cheapest Woolmart line i could find lol.
I had spooled up at the start of the season with Pline, flouro coated moss green CX 8lb test.
I had got it as a gift and was interested in trying something new, sadly it turned out to be garbage, very easily broken and no structure or memory at all like thread so it tangled easily.
Ill never buy Pline again.  :P
My leader is something new to me, Sufix Elite ten lb camo. Really strong and I am having lots of success with it and am looking for more if anyone knows where I can find it.
Thanks
Ive found with spinning reels over the years if somethings not right its usually the reel not the line, unless its over spooled or twisted.
Reels are cheap, mine was twenty bucks on Ebuy and them low end Shimano reels will last at least a  decade with minor servicing and the odd bail spring.

I have my spinning reel spooled with Sufix Siege Smoke Green 10lb. I like this stuff so far. Got it at Army and Navy. Not sure if they carry the Elite line? I've been a Triline user on my spinning reels my whole life.
