I think you will have to go through Brian Babcock directly, or use one of the outlets that gets their blanks through Brian; ie. Freds, Dart and Tackle, Searun

Sage only produces them for Brian Babcock.
He commits to the entire production run. 
Dave has mentioned the only way to get them.

Guess any one of those tackle shops one would be able to access a 4110 and a 3113lb blank?

Not sure about the 4110 but all the others ... 2106l, 3106l, 3113m and 3113L are available.

As stated above, Sage Gear blanks are very much alive and well! Any authorized Sage Dealer can help you with this.
Models currently available are:

GSH (Brown blank) - 3113M, 3113L, 3106L, 2106L, 179
CT (Green blank) - 4120, 4110, 3113M, 3106, 2106, 396F, 296F, 490, 390, 290F, 386F
SP (Green blank) - 286, 196, 570-3
SA (Blue blank) - 4120, 4110, 4100, 3106

Wherever you see a cross-over, ie: CT3113M / GSH3113M, the blank is the same only colour is different.

Re-built one of my rods a few years ago, being a Sage 9126B

E-bay is sometimes a valid place to peek from time to time.

If flexible, some of the shorter Spey rod blanks from Sage make great center pin rods.
The reason I like them is they come in more pieces, and thus break down smaller to pack around.
My center pin has been built on a Sage 9126-3, with snake eye guides so I can use it as both a Spey rod and a center pin.

Hey Brian, that was a timely post as I just ordered, thru Chad, a 2106L blank.  Still the best gear rod for the Vedder, imo.
Hope you have a few more tucked away.

That's your opinion for sure. From a guy who owns over 30 rods and reel setups, it's all in your head at the end of the day. There are definitely better rods than others but there is also a top tier of rods that one would have to lump together. Saying the sage blanks are the best rods is like saying Ford makes the best truck. It's all personal opinion.
